What this site does with your data

Almost all of QA Fixture Lab's tools run entirely in your browser. Any images, documents, JSON/CSV data, or text files you create with these tools are generated and downloaded locally on your device — we never see, receive, or store that content.

The one exception: the temporary email inbox

The temporary email inbox tool is different from every other tool on this site: it is a real, working service with a backend that receives actual email from the public internet. When you use it:

• Our mail-receiving service accepts email addressed to the address it generated for you and temporarily stores the sender, subject, and message body so it can be shown to you in your browser;
• That data is stored only for the inbox's lifetime (currently 10 minutes, extendable) and is automatically and permanently deleted when it expires, whether or not you viewed it;
• We do not read, use, sell, or share the content of messages sent to a temporary inbox for any purpose other than displaying it to whoever holds that address;
• Because generated addresses have no password, anyone who has the address — not just you — can retrieve messages sent to it during its lifetime. Do not use it for anything you need kept private.
• We log the IP address of requests to this service briefly, solely to apply abuse/rate-limit protections, and do not retain it beyond what's needed for that purpose.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool or Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Replace this paragraph with the specifics of whatever analytics tool you actually install.

Advertising & cookies

This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and/or its partners. Google and its partners may use cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Data you enter into forms

Our tools do not collect personal information — form fields (like a document title) are used only to generate your local file and are never transmitted anywhere.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
